Author of more than 10 peer-reviewed journal articles, conference proceedings and magazines, including the Journal of Services Marketing, International Journal of Human Resource Management, Journal of Knowledge Management, and International Journal of Hospitality Management while pursuing doctorate; taught human resources, organizational behavior and service management courses at the University of Mississippi and The Pennsylvania State University before joining Hilton College in July 2012; since joining the College, has received the 2012-13 New Faculty Research Award for his research project on error management culture, and has authored and published four research articles in leading hospitality journals; three years of work experience in the field of hospitality management.
