The Center for Global Education at Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola recently held its first project fair in English. At the event, the public saw presentations on different topics chosen by the students in relation to courses such as Principles of Marketing, Microeconomics I, Entrepreneurship, and Restaurant Management, for the purpose of fulfilling their academic potential and research capacity.
More than 35 students spent the entire 2017-02 semester planning and carrying out over 15 projects. It should be noted that each subject corresponds to one of four specific programs: Broward College, University of London, University of South Florida and University of Houston.
During the event, the USIL founding president and chairman of the board of directors, Raúl Diez Canseco Terry, highlighted the students’ potential for innovation. Also in attendance was the president of our university, Ramiro Salas Bravo, who gave the words of welcome.
